User input is required for selecting the sender ID, correspondece category from SQL database. Another issue is who selects sender ID is user-A and who selects correspondence catogory is user-B. So it seems forwarding email to a mail-in database and let the people enter their inputs is better than exchanging email between users.

I don't know LC LSX very well. I always use SQL XML services for database processes before but I learnt that it is depreciated and is not a good idea to continue to use it. So I will research LC LSX.

Should I create a new mail database and customize it? Is it hard to add a new view options to the mail database like "Category Will be Add" or "Sender will be selected" ? When I look at the mail template it looked very complicated. Can I find a document which will help me while adding new features without breaking something?
